Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 2, 2025
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how JNMGVentures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Mindbloom application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
- User content: The questions, prompts, and any other content you submit while using the Service, as well as the AI-generated responses, branches, and knowledge graphs associated with your account.
- Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
- API keys: If you use a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) plan, we store your third-party API key in encrypted form. It is used solely to make AI requests on your behalf.
Information collected automatically
- Session data: We record your IP address and user agent string when you sign in to manage sessions and protect your account.
- Cookies: We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
- Rate-limiting data: IP addresses and user identifiers may be processed transiently to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. This data is not stored long-term by us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process your prompts through AI models and return responses.
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and billing.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, subscription confirmations, payment failure notices).
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including providers for AI processing, payment processing, authentication, email delivery, and hosting. These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
When you submit prompts through the Service, those prompts are sent to the underlying AI provider for processing. Please review the AI provider’s privacy and data usage policies if you have concerns about how your prompts are handled.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your account data and content are stored in our database. API keys provided under BYOK plans are stored in encrypted form. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive fields. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content from our active systems. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on the Service and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
